Neoprene G Types

There are various pros and cons with G, W and T Neoprene types.  When it comes to tear strength and overall resilience, Neoprene G Type really shines.  The reason for this: G Types soften under mechanical shear in an easier fashion than its T and W counterparts.

Ideally, neoprene is processed in a manner that minimizes heat history and prevents scorching.  There should also be good temperature control during the whole process. Batch stocks need to be cooled and sheeted immediately y.  The beauty of Neoprene G Types is they can be cured using metal oxides.

This durability and flexibility are why Neoprene G type is ideal for neoprene seat covers.
